This home makes the perfect primary residence for 1-2 people with 271 square feet of air-conditioned living space divided into a 204-square-foot main floor and 67-square-foot loft.

It provides all of the comforts of home in a relatively small space, including space for:

The Zaunbrecher is built on an 8’ x 24’ premium quality trailer that can pulled by a three-quarter-ton truck and arrives ready for water, electrical and sewage hookups.
